Return Validation: All returns at Fat Santa Graphics must be accompanied by a valid receipt, which can be provided in either email or physical form. The receipt serves as proof of purchase and is required for all return transactions.

Condition and Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Fat Santa Graphics reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee if the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card account. Cash refunds will be provided for purchases made in cash.

Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the costs associated with processing, packaging, and shipping the order.

Custom Orders: Custom orders, including personalized or customized printing, are non-refundable. These orders are specifically tailored to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold.

Return Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. Fat Santa Graphics does not cover these expenses unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
